Screen International Star of Tomorrow Mustapha Kseibati is an award-winning British Lebanese Film and Television Writer and Director. 

For Television Mustapha directed the final two episodes of Waterloo Road Season 2 which aired in April 2023 on BBC One to much acclaim. He has also directed a Little Cracker for Sky One, a BBC 3 comedy series and 15 episodes of Hollyoaks between 2021-2022. Mustapha was also the lead director (5 x 30’) of ITV Kids Comedy Drama Ted’s Top Ten in 2021.

In 2022 Mustapha was commissioned to write a feature film for Netflix and a family sitcom supported by the BFI, both to direct. Mustapha also has made 5 short films with the BBC, BFI, SKY Television and the Metropolitan Police that have played internationally including at the BFI London Film Festival.

Mustapha is currently in development on a number of feature films and television shows. He is of Lebanese descent, growing up in West London consuming hours of British and American television shows, movies, cartoons and comics, including Japanese Animation along with Hong Kong Action and Martial Arts movies. His favourite film is Back to the Future.

In 2023 Mustapha setup 88MPH Films as a production company to focus on a small select genre commercial film and television slate, focusing on inclusive, bold, distinct, original projects. As producer, Mustapha developed produced the Emmy Nominated (2022) ‘Dreaming Whilst Black’ pilot for Big Deal Films / BBC/ A24.
